The operation has grown considerably over the last two decades as Sparkling Pointe established itself as a must-visit location on the North Fork. Today, in addition to producing its own wines, Sparkling Pointe also supports the operations of dozens of other wineries by serving as a “custom crush facility.”
According to its website, Sparkling Pointe’s current winemaking facility, opened in 2010, features “a tank room of 30,000 gallons for temperature controlled fermentations, 3,000 bottle-per-hour bottling line, 2,000 bottle gyro pallet riddling machine, fully automated disgorging line, and a well-equipped laboratory delivering daily wine analysis.”
